Altersteilzeit
Im TVöD haben sich die Tarifparteien auf ein tariflich geregeltes Modell der Altersteilzeit geeinigt. Die Eckpunkte sind (hier sehr grob und ohne Rechtsanspruch!):
- Mitarbeiter ab 60 Jahre reduzieren bis zum Eintritt in die Rente die Arbeitszeit um 50%
- Die Reduzierung wird entweder durch tatsächliche Reduzierung (Teilzeit) erreicht – alternativ kann auch die halbe Zeit bis zur Rente mit der bisherigen Zeit weitergearbeitet werden (Blockmodell)
- Der Arbeitgeber stockt die Zahlungen und Leistungen in die Rentenversicherung in Höhe von ca. 20% auf.

Besondere Hinweise für die Umsetzung in der SPE Mühle:
Gem. §4 Abs. 2 des Tarifvertrags erlischt der Anspruch auf Altersteilzeit, wenn mehr als 2,5% der Beschäftigten des Arbeitgebers bereits in Altersteilzeit nach dem Tarifvertrag sind. In der SPE Mühle wäre diese Zahl derzeit mit 2 Mitarbeitern. Seitens des Vereins wird bereits jetzt erklärt, dass nach Erreichen der Quote keine weiteren Altersteilzeiten nach dem Tarifvertrag genehmigt werden. Bei Interesse an Altersteilzeit lohnt sich daher die vorherige Abfrage bei der Verwaltung nach dem aktuellen Stand der Quote. Anträge werden nach der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs berücksichtigt
